  • What is Your Pricing Structure?
    Our pricing structure is based on a flat rate minimum + a % of revenue, whichever is higher. The rates depend on the size of your account. Please contact us for a proposal for your account.
  • What should I expect from the proposal process?
    After sending us your information, please give our team a day or two to get back to you. We’ll ask a few follow up questions and schedule a discovery call to make sure you can ask all the questions you want from our team. Following that call we’ll package a proposal for your review and approval.
  • What should I expect from the onboarding process?
    Once the proposal is approved our team will schedule an onboarding call with you to set up logistics, communication setup with your account manager, content schedule, and understand any limitations you might have with your fans.
  • What is a discovery call?
    The discovery call is a great call to schedule with our team to ask any questions, meet an account manager, and help our team understand your account in more depth before drafting a proposal for you.
  • Do I keep the rights to my content?
    All content rights stay with you, we do not own any content provided to us.
  • Do you have a requirement on free or paid onlyfans accounts?
    Both work, depending on the circumstance we may have individual recommendations after our team reviews your situation. Please send your information to our team for review.
  • What type of creators do you work with?
    We focus on small to large accounts. We do not typically work with starter accounts unless it is backed by an existing large social media following. However, feel free to send your information to our team any way as our team may have recommendations or other resources for you if you are just beginning.
  • What are your promotion strategies?
    Our promotion campaigns are focused on growing your onlyfans directly using paid shoutout campaigns with a network of top performing models with guaranteed results (on free accounts). We also grow instagram accounts using paid shoutouts on larger instagram accounts to promote you and your content while following strict IG rules around adult material. We also promote via TicToc accounts, Reddit and Twitter.
  • Do you offer services a la carte?
    Rarely. The only services we offer a la carte are promotional services. If account management is a service you are seeking, full account management is required so our team can guide the account to success.
  • Can I set up a call to discuss further?
    Absolutely, please send us your information through one of our intake forms and we’ll reach out to setup a discovery call. As an alternative to the form, you can book an appointment with one of our account managers directly to have a free and non-binding initial consultation.
  • If I accept metaXagency´s proposal, how long before metaXagency begins producing results?
    This depends. We are usually backlogged with creator requests to onboard, so it may be a few weeks before we can begin the onboarding process. Once we have fully onboarded your account, our team begins an account audit to dive deep into the numbers and data to establish a successful approach. You should usually see solid results in the first week.
  • What does an account manager do?
    The account manager is the liaison between you and the rest of the metaXagency team. The team that runs your account could consist of several people, depending on the size of the account. The account manager works with you on every aspect from communicating your requests to the rest of the team, custom requests, answering questions, and guiding the account to success.
  • Do you work with other platforms?
    Very occasionally. Our primary focus is onlyfans, however if you have a large concentration in another platform such as fansly, our team is able to implement the same management and growth strategies.
  • How much content am I expected to produce?
    The minimum content pieces will be discussed during discovery and onboarding. That said, we usually recommend a minimum of 14 content pieces weekly. The more content you produce, the higher your sales will be. Content is one of the largest indicators of whether the account will become massively successful, or plateau over time. We develop a strict content plan from our account analysis.
  • How long are your contracts for?
    That depends on the account size. There is the option of contracts for twelve months, until revoked or contracts with month to month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We have no long term contracts.
  • What information do you need from me to get started?
    Your account information is the most useful information for our team to review and plan a proposal from there. When sending your information on our site, please be as detailed as possible! If you don't have an account yet, or are new to OnlyFans, please let us know when you register so that we can answer your questions in the call and support you with setting up and setting up.
  • What are all the responsibilities from the creator?
    Content creation is the primary responsibility. Following the content plan and the posting plan is another task that the creator does. The metaXagency team operates the rest on your behalf.
  • What is an account audit?
    An account audit is done the days after onboarding and allows our team to review how the account has performed in the past, where the main sources of revenue come from, identify top fans, and informs our strategy creation.
  • How do you handle custom requests?
    You will have a direct line of communication to your account manager via whatsapp and cloud services. The account manager will send you any custom requests from a fan. You can either chose to accept or decline.
  • How do I communicate with the account manager?
    You will have access to your account manager via whatsapp or telegram. At certain frequencies, the account manager will contact the creator via zoom.
  • Do you organize the vault?
    Yes, our team will go through your content in your vault and organize everything so that the metaXagency chatters can easily find and track content each day.
  • Does my metaXagency team handle caption creation as well?
    Yes we do.
  • How do I pay metaXagency?
    We invoice once per month. Depending on your country, we can work with a number of different payment processors.
  • Is hiring metaXagency´s managed services a tax write off?
    We aren’t a legal council, but in most circumstances you can claim metaXagency as a write off expense on your taxes.
  • My application to metaXagency was rejected. What else can I do?
    If your application was auto rejected that may be due to your account being too small or a starter account. If that’s the case, you can reach out to our staff individually at this email for reconsideration or for a recommendation to another agency that can help smaller accounts like yours.
  • What does the average model working with metaXagency make?
    The average creator we work with makes $50,000 sales per month.
  • How do you ensure the login safety of my onlyfans account?
    We understand that security is extremely important. We do not share access to your onlyfans account with the rest of even our team. Once management receives your logins, we setup a VPS system where our team logs in and views your account, but are not provided with direct access. This ensures that your account stays safe, and that passwords are not exchanged between a variety of individuals needed to work your account.
  • Is metaXagency still looking for new employees?
    We are usually looking for new employees because we are still young as an agency and are expanding massively. You can see which positions we are looking for under jobs.
